Will it make things up to my customers?

No. It answers only from your store's own catalog, policies, and FAQs. When it is not confident, it says so, collects the shopper's contact info, and hands the conversation to you. Every unanswered question is tracked so you can close the gap.

Can it give refunds or cancel orders?

No, on purpose. Anything involving money always goes to a human: the agent gathers what happened and who to reach, and you resolve it in one touch.

Is chat really unlimited and free?

Yes. Chat costs us very little to run, so it is free without limits (with normal protection against bots and abuse). The phone plan is where we make our money, plainly: $15 a month for 100 minutes, and $15 per extra 100 minutes when you need more.

How long does setup take?

What about my customers' data?
