Common quick fixes
- The widget is not showing on my store. In your theme editor, open App embeds and make sure Instant.Talk is turned on, then refresh your storefront.
- The agent gave an outdated answer. The knowledge base refreshes itself when your store changes. You can also open Knowledge in the app and press refresh to update it right away.
- A question the agent could not answer. Check Unanswered Questions in the app. It lists exactly what shoppers asked, and one click turns your answer into knowledge for next time.
- Voice minutes ran out. Add a minute pack from Plan & Minutes in the app, or upgrade your plan. Chat keeps working free either way.
